Kerri started Rent-A-Home over 30 years ago with 20 properties and one goal: help owners find great tenants and make being a landlord hassle-free. She still works with owners who are new to the market, helps investors find their next deal, and is a trusted sounding board for owners weighing their next move.
Erin Williams
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER | LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENT
Erin works with new and existing owners to get their homes ready for the rental market, and helps investors grow their portfolios. Behind the scenes, she also handles security deposit reconciliations, reviewing move-out charges and preparing final deposit statements so property owners and residents get an accurate, documented accounting.
Karen Rutledge
TURN COORDINATOR
Karen manages the turn process between residents, working with property owners and vendors on the repairs, cleaning, and vendor work that get each home ready for its next resident.
Susanna Albright
TURN ASSISTANT | TENANT LEASING LIAISON
Susanna supports the turn process from the office. She keeps property owners updated with estimates, approvals, and move-out details, manages work orders, and makes sure inspection photos and notes are documented. When she’s not working on turns, you may find her at the front desk greeting visitors and answering calls.
Ryan Dickson
MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR
Ryan works with tenants, vendors, and owners to keep maintenance requests moving, including after-hours emergency repairs, so problems get handled quickly and homes stay in good shape.

SHOWING AGENT
Rarely in the office and always on the go, Karen gives prospective residents quality tours of our homes. Call our office to schedule a showing with her!
Griffin Person
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Griffin schedules and conducts inspections on occupied homes, checking in during a lease to catch maintenance needs early and protect owners’ investments. He also works with GSO Maintenance.
Jeff Sims
ACCOUNTANT
Jeff keeps the numbers right. He manages owner payouts, monthly statements, and tenant and property owner account questions, so our property owners always know where their investment stands.
Salem Owens
ADMIN & ACCOUNTING
A veteran of the Rent-A-Home team, Salem knows the company inside and out and can answer just about any question. She also handles administrative notices and HOA violation communications, making sure residents get timely, clear information.

CLIENT CARE MANAGER
Brandin guides prospective residents from application to move-in. She handles new applications and keeps applicants updated along the way, prepares new leases, and manages lease renewals. She works to resolve client concerns and disputes fairly and clearly, so residents and property owners feel heard.

Michael is a professional photographer, so his listing photos help our homes stand out. He also works with property owners and tenants on delinquent accounts and coordinates eviction services when needed.

Yali is bilingual, so more of our residents and applicants can be helped in the language they’re most comfortable with. She walks prospective tenants through Rent-A-Home’s requirements, schedules showings, and helps current residents with rent payments, work orders, and everyday requests.

Bella is another friendly voice you’ll hear at Rent-A-Home. She greets visitors, answers calls, and helps prospective residents understand our application requirements and get showings on the calendar. For current residents, she’s a go-to contact for rent payments, work orders, and any other questions that come up.
